Customer Change of Mind / Errors Returns:
If the delivered item(s) are unused/unopened and packaging is in the original condition, you may return the item for a store credit if notified within 14 days from delivery date.
If the item(s) has been unboxed, we may offer you a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee (as the item is no longer in the same sellable condition). This will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed.
If the item(s) are a special order or non-stocked item, a 20% restocking will be applied.
Non Returnable Item(s):
Toilet Seat Returns:For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept toilet seat if the interior hygienic plastic seal has been broken.
Customised orders (custom vanities, grates, etc) are non refundable.
Goods are inspected before leaving our store;
Please inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery.
Any Items that are damaged during transport must be reported within14 days from delivery date.
Item(s) that have been damaged or have missing parts caused by customer's negligence cannot be refunded.
