Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my online order?
- For standard stocked items, orders may be cancelled with a full refund if they have not been dispatched.
- Special orders must be cancelled within an hour of purchasing to avoid restocking fees. A full refund will be applied.
- If changes are required, please email us at sales@jnkbiga.com and quote order number.
Product Availability
- Stock availability is subject to change without notice. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered, we will contact you using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder if agreed by you.
