Customer Change of Mind / Errors Returns:
  • If the delivered item(s) are unused/unopened and packaging is in the original condition, you may return the item for a store credit if notified within 14 days from delivery date.
  • If the item(s) has been unboxed, we may offer you a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee (as the item is no longer in the same sellable condition). This will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed.
  • If the item(s) are a special order or non-stocked item, a 20% restocking will be applied.

Non Returnable Item(s):

  • Toilet Seat Returns: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept toilet seat if the interior hygienic plastic seal has been broken.
  • Customised orders (custom vanities, grates, etc) are non refundable.
  • Goods are inspected before leaving our store;
    • Please inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Any Items that are damaged during transport must be reported within14 days from delivery date.
    • Item(s) that have been damaged or have missing parts caused by customer's negligence cannot be refunded.
